VectorMeals may use third-party providers including Clerk, Anthropic, Railway, Stripe, Apple (App Store payments), RevenueCat, Sentry, PostHog, and Meta (advertising measurement).
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe on the web and by Apple (In-App Purchase) in the iOS app. VectorMeals does not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials; these are handled directly by Stripe or Apple under their security standards.
VectorMeals may use cookies and analytics technologies to improve user experience and understand platform usage. On the website we may also use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising leads to sign-ups; it records site events such as a sign-up or a trial start, and may set cookies for that purpose. We do not share your name, email, or household data with Meta. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta's ad preferences.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable infrastructure and authentication providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including deleting your account — by emailing support@vectormeals.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
